Position Title: Community Based DSP (Direct Support Professional)

Location: Dighton, MA (surrounding area)

Compensation: $19.00/hour

Status: Two Part-Time Openings!

Total Hours/Week: 25hrs/wk

Current Openings:

Monday – Friday 9a-2pm

Monday – Friday 9:30a -1:30pm Or Monday-Thursday 9a-2pm

Role: Working 1-1 as a DSP in the community.

What Does a DSP Do?

- Be a positive role model and provide supervision and mentoring to clients

- Teach essential life skills, including daily living, community integration, etc.

- Improve clients' social, interpersonal, and coping skills through respectful relationships

- Help shape growth, build trust, and offer emotional stability during moments of crisis

- Lead recreational and social activities, fostering a fulfilling environment

Hiring Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED

- Valid driver's license required & 18 years of age

- Authorized to work in the United States

- Satisfactory completion of background screening and applicable pre-employment checks

- Vehicle insurance (required to transport clients in your vehicle)
