CRM Integration Specialist is responsible for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system integration. Ensures all functions of CRM system effectively work with all other applications and operating systems. Being a CRM Integration Specialist requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The CRM Integration Specialist supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a CRM Integration Specialist typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     JOB SUMMARY

    The Automation and Integration Analyst will be an essential team member that will drive highly automated and integrated business process and service offerings. An ideal candidate is one that will thrive in a team of highly skilled technical professionals that are all outcome and results motivated. The candidate will have the ability to understand complex business applications and processes, recognize and determine business process improvement opportunities, and build and design complex integrations and automations that will enhance business outcomes. The ideal candidate is interested in current technologies, trends, and best practices, is a committed lifelong learner, and demonstrates a growth mindset.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Deliver effective automation and integration applications for business use
    • Analyzebusiness requirements and consultwith key stakeholders to clarify and ensure program specifications and technical solutions align with business needs
    • Build applications by translating specifications into programming language
    • Forecastsolutions to anticipated problems to ensure effectiveness of programs for business use
    • Foster a thorough approach to finalizing developed applications by participating in testing and analyzing sample datasets
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders by participating in design and code reviews
    • Escalateissues to troubleshoot errors and gaps, refine processes and technical standards and ensure continual effectiveness of team deliverables
    • Provide accurate record-keeping with written detailed documentation for the operation of programs to facilitate user understanding
    • Identifies and actively pursues opportunities for efficiencies in automation work processes
    • Review and evaluate the maintenance and upgrades of software administration programs
    • Provide leadership, automation/engineering supportand troubleshooting for line of business applications and infrastructure services according to established SOPs and departmental practices.

    ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Apply software development lifecycle best practices
    • Background and understanding of process improvement methodologies
    • Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities
    • Business awareness: Specific knowledge of the customer and how IT relates to their business strategy and goals
    • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES REQUIRED

    • Experience with PowerShell, python, C# or other programming/scripting languages
    • Experience with API integrations
    • Understanding of computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging technologies
    • Experience with data analytics, data models, and data curation
    • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
    • Knowledge and experience with NetSuite and/or ConnectWise is beneficial but not required
    • Knowledge and experience with Power Automate and/or PowerBI is beneficial but not required
    • 3 years of recent and progressive experience
