Position Title: Community Integration Specialist

Location: Brockton, MA Region

Compensation: $19.00/hour

Status: Part-Time Opening! Must be at least 21 Years Old.

Total Hours/Week: 25hrs/wk

Current Openings:

Monday – Friday 9a-2pm

Monday – Friday 9:30a -1:30pm Or Monday-Thursday 9a-2pm

Role: Working 1-1 as a Community Integration Specialist in the community.

What Does a Community Integration Specialist Do?

• Be a positive role model and provide supervision and mentoring to clients
• Teach essential life skills, including daily living, community integration, etc.
• Improve clients' social, interpersonal, and coping skills through respectful relationships
• Help shape growth, build trust, and offer emotional stability during moments of crisis
• Lead recreational and social activities, fostering a fulfilling environment

Hiring Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license required & 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Satisfactory completion of background screening and applicable pre-employment checks
• Vehicle insurance (required to transport clients in your vehicle)
