JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Associate VP for Enrollment Management, the Director of Enrollment Systems and CRM Specialist will supervise the USF Office of Admissions CRM Recruit, Colleague, and other enrollment systems. Plan, update, and monitor all CRM Recruit and systems activities and ensure all Enrollment Management staff are updated and trained on information related to the systems.
