Foundation specialist specializes in Foundation Footings, walls, flatwork, water detention vaults, post tension slabs or retaining walls that are managed by experienced crews and overseen by Project manager experts. No less than 3 years experience. Wage depends on experience.

Requirements:

• A strong work ethic and desire to learn residential/Commercial carpenter skills.
• Understand and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Work with material such as metal, wood, plastic, drywall, and concrete.
• Utilize tools such as saws, drills, hammers, nail guns and other power tools and various hand tools.
• Able to join material with nails, screws and bolts.
• Able to work on ladders and high levels.
• Build and repair, walls, floors and roofs of structures.
• Perform set up and daily clean up tasks at job sites.
• Able to carry heavy material or structure.

Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
