Develops curricula supporting defined competency models or skill frameworks. Additionally, Curriculum Manager provides outlines, syllabus, lecture notes, and materials for in-person or online courses and self-study programs. Participates in the selection of software or collaboration tools used for training. Establishes metrics used to evaluate training effectiveness and analyzes outcomes to determine ROI and recommend changes to programs. The SAIC Intelligence Subject Matter Expert (SME) will develop Marine Corps Intelligence Schools (MCIS) periods of instruction (POI) and other training materials as assigned by MCIS program management. The SAIC curriculum developer and instructor SME will possess requisite skills for full-cycle development using ADDIE and Systems Approach to Training and Education (SATE) methodologies. MCIS curriculum developer and instructor will coordinate with team members in the analysis, design, and development of POIs, training/job aids, reference materials, and other training resources as required.

Required Education and Experience: Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more USMC or related military intelligence experience; Masters and thirteen (13) years or more of related experience. An additional four (4) years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelors degree.
