Road Ready Used Cars in Ansonia is looking to hire a hard-working and highly motivated custodian to keep our new 25,000 sq ft building sparkling and aesthetically intact. The custodial position will ensure the building is tidy, clean and well maintained to an exceptional level.

Responsibilities

· Sweeping, mopping, waxing and vacuuming floors of various types.

· Waxing, dusting, deep cleaning, and sanitizing furniture and fixtures.

· Disposing of trash and emptying trash receptacles daily.

· Restocking paper products and customer coffee bar

· Maintaining cleaning equipment.

· Maintaining inventory of cleaning agents and supplies

Requirements

· Experience is a MUST! With-Solid relative work history and references needed

· Proficient knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemical agents

· Proficient with basic maintenance repairs

· Physically agile, ability to go up and down stairs, and lift small equipment and boxes throughout building

· Neat and tidy appearance

· Outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and be a self-starter

Salary $40,000-$55,000 based on experience
