Administrative Assistant

Custom Glass Manufacturer Seeks Self-Starter who can Multi-task

We are a custom manufacturer of Architectural Decorative Glass located in Fairfield, NJ that is looking for a candidate to work in our Material Resource & Logistics Departments.

As Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the company’s sales and marketing efforts. Your main responsibilities will include:

Material Resources

• Monitoring and maintaining the company’s sample library
• Handling internal and external sample requests
• Daily/Weekly updates of internal tracking documents
• Assist with maintenance, sourcing and ordering of both current and new materials
• Monitor design trends and create new product compositions accordingly
• Packing and shipping samples to architects and designers

Marketing

• Assist with managing social media accounts.
• Design and maintenance of PowerPoint presentation materials, brochures and other marketing materials
• Preparing Salespeople for meetings and presentations
• Creating photo and video content to publish across all social media platforms
• Design, distribute and track results of monthly email blasts
• Assist with updates to website
• Photograph samples and completed jobs

Administrative

• Assist with ordering of crates
• Send out final invoices
• Filing completed job folders
• Filing and organizing samples and job-related paperwork

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of (1) year work experience using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience working in an office environment with others.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is a plus.
• Photography skills are a plus.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
