As the Manager of Customer Service and Warranty, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and managing the entire warranty process for our dealers and customers. Quality is most important to us as a manufacturer, and we seek a manager who can ensure that the level of service to dealers and customers will match the quality level of our products.
This position is responsible for managing all aspects of customer service, warranty, and parts sales. The manager will provide prompt and professional communication with dealers and customers to resolve any issue and ensure prompt resolution of problems or customer requests. Also, the manager develops relationships with manufacturers and suppliers to help identify ways of improvement to increase customer satisfaction and grow the contribution of parts revenue.
