Position is for an afternoon/evening customer care team member
Shifts are 2pm-10pm and 4pm-12am including weekends.
***There is a 20% pay increase from your base pay of $12 /hour for working 2pm-10pm and 4pm-12am and on Saturdays and Sundays any time of the day/evening, putting you at $14.40 for these times/days. This is a full time position with hours adding up to 30-40 weekly.

As a Customer Care Specialist (CCS) your duties specifically focus on the client experience. The Customer Care Specialist is the first person the client will speak to in person or on the phone.
