We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing product information. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to multitask. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and has a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain customer records in an organized manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in English and Spanish languages
- Strong customer service background
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in using Microsoft Office and data entry
- Prior experience in a call center environment
- Multilingual capabilities and sales experience are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
