Job Summary: The Customer Experience Associate is responsible for answering customer correspondence in a timely manner with the goal of meeting their needs right away or getting them on a clear path to success by asking intuitive questions to ensure appropriate action is taken. In addition the Customer Experience Associate will be responsible for providing support as needed to other members of the Customer Experience Team within their assigned region.
