Job Summary: The Customer Experience Associate is responsible for answering customer correspondence in a timely manner with the goal of meeting their needs right away or getting them on a clear path to success by asking intuitive questions to ensure appropriate action is taken. In addition the Customer Experience Associate will be responsible for providing support as needed to other members of the Customer Experience Team within their assigned region.

Responsibilities:

• Exemplify Regional and Organizational expectations related to the Customer Experience as the first line of customer excellence.
• Appropriately coordinate incoming phone traffic properly within the organization in an ultra-responsive timeframe
• Properly determine the customer’s needs by asking key questions and using critical thinking and appropriate and available resources to ensure those needs are being met.
• Order Status Updates
• Sales lead rotation
• E-Commerce Support
• Assist Sales, Project Engineering, and other Customer Experience teams within the region as needed with the goal of providing a Gold Standard customer experience.
• Additional duties as needed and assigned

• Strong bias for customer satisfaction
• Being able to self-start and self-motivate when there is no one available to provide instruction.

• Excellent communication skills; listening, comprehension, and empathy
• Functional in Aircall and Hubspot
• Knowledge of Sales and PM Processes
• Viewrail product knowledge
• Experienced Customer Service related Skills
• Viewral Resource savvy (Where to find instructions, videos, etc.)
