Job Description : As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the voice and face of our brand, ensuring that our reputation for industry-leading customer service continues to shine.

You'll not only assist our valued customers but also collaborate with team members to elevate the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities :

• Provide top-notch assistance to customers via phone and email, offering product details, order updates, and alternative solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including the warehouse and remote order entry support, to address and resolve order-related concerns.
• Innovate and strategize with colleagues to enhance the customer experience.
• Handle order entries for showroom accounts.
• Communicate proactively with customers about backorders, always ensuring professionalism.
• Address various customer inquiries, from product specifics to order updates.

Qualifications / Skills :

• Proven ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with Microsoft programs and QuickBooks
• Clear and effective communication abilities.
• Proficiency in order entry.
• Prior experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar role.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a knack for innovative solutions.
