Our Customer Experience desk is the information hub for the entire building! Our Customer Experience Associates have one of the most important roles at Texas Gun Experience - their interaction with the guests sets the tone for the rest of their Texas Gun Experience.
We need an upbeat and reliable Customer Experience Associate to help us ensure our customers are completely satisfied with our products and services. You will field calls, greet customers entering the building, and leverage the building resources to answer questions, direct service, and resolve any issues customers may have. Your primary goal is to provide customers with a smooth transaction and an exceptional customer experience from the start of their visit to when they leave the building. The Customer Experience Associate will also serve as the telephone ambassador. This role is the general public’s first encounter with Texas Gun Experience. The interaction on the phone may determine whether a guest visits Texas Gun Experience or not, they must be prepared for a number of questions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Determine the best way to address customer needs by leveraging building resources
- Commitment to and responsibility for the general customer experience from start to finish
- Answer questions or discuss concerns with customers on the phone and in person
- Greet each customer as they enter the building
- Process sales/ring out customer purchases
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement and alleviating pain points to management
- Cover other areas of the business as needed and assigned

- Because our Customer Experience Associates can sometimes be needed to flex into the Sales Associate role as back-up, all candidates must be 21 years of age or older to be eligible for employment due to federal firearms sales guidelines.
- Basic knowledge of firearms and firearm safety preferred.
A Customer Experience Associate needs to be in good physical shape to withstand long hours on their feet, often standing and walking on concrete or other hard surfaces. Since you will interact with people of all ages and personality types, a Customer Experience Associate is required to be tolerant while conveying a friendly and knowledgeable attitude.
Schedule: Saturday - Tuesday (10:00am - 8:30pm)
Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
