Our Customer Experience Coordinator position is a terrific opportunity to support Sales for a dynamic, fast paced, entrepreneurial company.  This opportunity is based at Trace Aviation, located in Jackson, MS. Trace Aviation, is a leader in aviation component repair, specializing in King Air landing gear, and a subsidiary of Precision Aviation Group (PAG), headquartered in Atlanta, GA.  PAG is a worldwide aviation component repair provider with facilities across the US, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and Brazil. Trace Aviation has been in operation since 2004, with over 40 years of aviation maintenance expertise.  Our work environment is fast paced, positive, upbeat, team oriented, and friendly. 

 Ideal candidates for the Customer Experience Coordinator position will enjoy and have experience relevant to:

• Sales support functions
• Phone based customer support
• Computer based order processing
• Complex product lists
• Receiving and resolving customer questions and concerns
• Maintaining customer database and history
• Producing reports

Qualified candidates will offer a wide range of skills and experience to include:

• 5 years' experience in customer service-related roles
• Previous sales support experience with direct customer contact
• Managing support for multiple people with competing deadlines
• Strong verbal communication
• Computer savvy – Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP type programs, Pentagon experience ideal
• Engaging and professional presentation
• Organized, focused, and team oriented
