Job Description:

Customer Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate must be self-driven with a positive attitude and willingness to pitch in on any task requested.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• 1-2 years in customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Accurate data entry, typing skills
• Excellent oral and written communication

Essential Functions:

• Time management, organization, and attention to detail
• Process distributor orders by fax and email
• Serve as liaison between customers and distributors to resolve issues
• Enter, reconcile, and balance commission statements and invoices
• Sample ordering and coordinating paperwork for food shows and events
• 10 key data entry skills needed to process and enter orders in the system, invoice reconciliation
• Detail oriented with strong communications skills, both oral and written
• Proficiency working in Microsoft Office Suite
• Maintain positive attitude towards customers, distributors, and company

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8-5 with some flexibility. A complete background check and drug test is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
