Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for our valued service customers.
• Assist with service inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments efficiently to maximize customer convenience.
• Provide updates and support during the vehicle service process.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care, ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the service team to maintain smooth operations and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills – You can connect with customers and build rapport easily.
• Organized and detail-oriented – You thrive in managing schedules and multitasking.
• Problem-solving skills – You can think on your feet to resolve concerns effectively.
• A team player – You work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience (automotive industry preferred, but not required).
