Giorgio Fresh Co. is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead a team of representatives providing support and assistance to clients across three locations: Blandon Fresh Pack, and two facilities in Toughkenamon, Pa.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the team delivers high-quality service, meets performance goals, and adheres to company policies and procedures. You will also be expected to spend time at all locations on a weekly basis, to monitor the operations, coach the staff, and foster a positive work environment.
