Customer Success Manager (On-Site)

***Note: This is not a remote position***

Datanomix is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers alongside our customer success engineers. 

This role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers achieve their desired outcomes through the adoption of our product. 

In this role you will:

• Help customers achieve their desired outcomes through adoption of the our product
• Develop trusted partner relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Support Customer Success Engineers with project management to ensure implementations and pilots ares successful
• Act as the voice of the customer 
• Continue to develop knowledge base articles and support customer webinars
• Identify opportunities for account growth and work collaboratively with sales on expansion opportunities
• Manage customer renewal process supported by sales and finance

You must have 3 years experience in a customer facing role or relevant experience in manufacturing and looking to move into a customer facing role with the below:  

• Excellent communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred education level: Bachelor's degree

All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
