Customer Service Desk Clerk - Grocery Store jobs in Merrimack, NH

We are looking to add to our team at our new store The Maple Station Market located in Temple NH. We are a short distance between Milford and Peterborough NH.

This part time associate would be on the register and also filling in with grocery/stocking as needed. Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift/bend/kneel/climb and pick up 50 pounds. Must have open availability starting at 6 a.m. during the week. This will also require some weekends but we are flexible with rotation and/or choosing a day for availability. No late nights! The store closes by 6 every day (by 5 p.m. on Sundays).

Pay is based on experience and would start at $14/hr (24-32 hours a week)

Our store consists of local goods, a deli/cafe, produce, fresh breads and more.

```Duties:```
- Stocking shelves with products and ensuring proper organization
- Assisting customers with locating items and answering any questions they may have
- Conducting product demonstrations to showcase new or featured items
- Operating the cash register and handling customer transactions accurately
- Promoting and selling products to meet sales targets
- Performing basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory purposes

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 34 per week
