need for Lead HVAC
Installers!
We are looking for hardworking, honest, and dependable
individuals who can deliver world-class customer service to join our growing
HVAC Installation Team!
As a Lead HVAC Installer, you
will lead a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and
exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality of HVAC
installations on every call- Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall.
As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will:
- Install heating and air conditioning equipment, as well as other products accordance with company requirements and manufacture specifications.
- Provide
project leadership and Training with less experienced HVAC install apprentices to
complete install projects
- Focus on
safety for self and team members
- Works under
minimum supervision to install HVAC equipment in Residential Homes
- Completes all paperwork accurately and timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service. Able to interact with the homeowners while completing installations.
- Able to communicate with homeowners once the install has been completed and offer Indoor Air Quality Solutions to home owners
- Must be able to operate technology such as cell phone and tablets. (we are a paperless and invoices are signed electronically)
Qualifications Of Lead HVAC Installer
- Minimum of 3 years in Retro Fit HVAC installation experience in the field
- Must be able to install both indoor and outdoor high efficiency Hvac systems without assistance
- Must be able to build transitions as needed
- Must have all your hand tools, drills, as well as a vacuum
- Proficient in HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork system
- Knowledge of
HVAC parts and their functions
- Exceptional
Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings
- Valid
Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Ability to
lift 50 lbs. Unassisted
- Experience using Service Titan is a plus
Education / License Of Lead HVAC Installer
- High school
diploma or equivalent
- EPA
Certification Type 2 required Universal Preferred
- Nate
Certified (Nice to have)
- Must have and
maintain a valid driver’s license
Physical Demands Of Lead HVAC Installer
- The principal duties of this position are performed in a variety of environments, including customer homes, the outdoors, and field environments at development and work sites on uneven and rough terrain.
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally
required to ascend/descend ladders and balance.
- Required to
work in outside weather conditions, including heat, cold, and temperature
swings, for extended periods of time.
- Requires
concentration and attention to detail; requires a high level of
organizational and prioritization skills.
- Standing up
to 8 hours per day; Walking up to 8 hours per day on uneven, difficult
terrain.
- Occasional
heavy manual labor to include lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Regular and
repetitive grasping, gripping, reaching, bending, stooping, crouching,
climbing, squatting, kneeling, and working overhead.
- Specific
vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance
vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to
adjust focus.
- Expressing or
exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word to impart oral information to others and to convey detailed spoken instructions accurately, loudly, to quickly.
- The ability
to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds (e.g.,
machinery alarms, or alarms).
- May work in closed or cramped space on
occasion
