    Monday-Friday 8am-5pm!

    This position is 100% in office.

    Our company specializes in supplying custom home décor products in Wheeling, IL and has been in business for over 46 years and is looking to expand. We specialize in over 150 different products that are shipped to clients throughout the mid-west. As we continue to grow, we’re looking to hire a Customer Experience Specialist.

    Our goal is to be relationship based, problem solvers and solution providers with customers relying on our superior service levels, product knowledge, order completion rates and competitive pricing. Not only is the Customer Experience Specialist function a critical position within the organization, but we also expect the person hired will bring value to the company in a way that foster ideas and actions that enhance our service culture, efficiency, and productivity.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work within a team environment where passion and dedication to our clients is priority
    • Develop in-depth knowledge of our product line to better aid with customer selection
    • Receive, review, and enter incoming client purchase orders and return requests in a timely manner
    • Maintain customer relationships and a thorough understanding of their needs while ensuring customer information is documented and maintained effectively
    • Troubleshoot basic product issues and escalate to engineering team if unresolved
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and assist with issues/concerns
    • Provide information on pricing, stock availability, products, application, and lead times

    Requirements:

    • Ideally 2-3 years of customer service experience
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong communicator with demonstrated phone skills and etiquette
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
