    About the Role:

    RTM is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Success Representative to join our team! The ideal candidate is passionate about nurturing client relationships and professional development. Youwill report to the Manager of Customer Success and focus on managing our premier partnerships, upselling our products and ensuring all clients are seeing maximum returns in their investments. We offer extensive, ongoing training and a unique opportunity for both collaborative and independent work.

    This role is Hybrid/Remote in NY, NJ and CT with 1-2 days a week in the office or remote in CA, FL, TX, PA, GA, OH, SC and IN.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage relationships with RTM’s top clients to support their continued success and growth
    • Support the onboarding of new clients by managing project data to ensure a seamless transition into the RTM ecosystem
    • Research, identify and qualify target market leads through a variety of sources
    • Conduct daily prospecting activities through tailored emails and social outreach
    • Prepare clients for events by proactively communicating timeline of events, reminders, expectations and hotel information
    • Conduct check-in calls with clients and upsell meetings for future events
    • Debrief with clients post event to ensure RTM’s products continue to improve year over year
    • Update materials, data and meeting selections on Airtable, HubSpot and other systems
    • Partner with Vendor Sales team with live status reports on data, materials and clients
    • Ensure all tasks are completed and data is up-to date on HubSpot, notifying Vendor Sales team on inaccuracies and uncompleted tasks on a weekly basis
    • Collaboratively create client testimonials and event collateral with team
    • Travel nationally throughout the year for events as necessary, 4-5 days per event

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Ability to travel
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 2 Years of Customer/Account Management or B2B selling experience
    • Professional & interpersonal communication skills
    • Passion for professional learning and development
    • Self-starter, extremely organized and detailed-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
    • Must be proactive and have the ability to work under pressure
    • Balance and prioritize multiple deadlines at once
    • Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
    • Competency with technology and ability to learn new software and applications

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with Airtable and/or HubSpot

    Salary $55,000 base bonuses/incentives/uncapped commission

    Year one total compensation expectations: $60,000 - $65,000
