We are currently seeking to fill a position as a Client Success Associate on our Accounts Management team. With multiple office locations and a growing client portfolio, Digacore is looking for team members who are eager to be a part of that growth and further their professional development.

Basic functions include:
· Assist Client Success Team with triaging new client requests to ensure appropriate service and support.
· Create and provide quotes with clear communication to financial approvers for all equipment requests and replacements.
· Assist with client escalations and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
· Assist with client reports.
· Documentation and review in ticketing and documentation systems to ensure the most up to date information is available.
· Regular communication with end users, business owners and various internal departments.
· Ability to work as a team member and communicate effectively.
· Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
· Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Passion for teamwork, strong problem-solving skills, exceptional customer service and communications skills are required.
