Job Summary:
The Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) is responsible for delivering high levels of customer service to all of Empire Education Group’s customers and guests. The CSC manages the reception area, routing any inquiries to appropriate personnel, inputting necessary data into the company’s database and managing the SuperSalon Point of Sale. The CSC will meet and greet salon guests, in-school/potential students and other school visitors in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. The CSC will assist in mentoring the student(s) assigned to work at the front desk and perform administrative duties as requested. Assisting with Orientation, Open Houses and other admissions-related activities is required.
