Priority1 is a growing technology and logistics company that is searching for a Director of Customer Success to develop, create, and lead a new segment of our business. This role will oversee a team tasked with managing all recently inherited business and fostering client relationships.
The Director of Customer Success will report to Zach Miller, Director of Customer Success. Their responsibilities will encompass creating training materials, maintaining CRM systems, and establishing operational process for their team. This leader should be highly competitive, goal and task oriented, and have excellent organization and management skills.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Develop strategies to strengthen customer retention and drive growth of inherited business

Recruit, train and develop a high performing customer success team

Provide & analyze data around customer success & growth

Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen customer trust

Furnish and deliver high-quality training to cultivate new hires
-
Provide a high level of collaboration and communication to sales & support channels
-
Develop and present formal presentations using PowerPoint and web presentation materials
-
Formulate pricing strategies with the general manager
-
Meet and exceed goals for inherited business

Requirements:

2 Years sales management experience in the logistics & freight industry required

Must be located in Little Rock, AR or willing to relocate

Bachelor's degree preferred

Entrepreneurial spirit and drive

A manager who leads by example and has a successful track record of hiring, training, developing and inspiring teams

Strong oral and written communication skills coupled with the interpersonal skills needed in a fast paced, team centered environment

A truly hands on individual who enjoys being part of a team environment, working well within one and is solution driven

Ability to work independently, knowing what needs to be done and able to effectively make that happen.
