Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in freight, risk management, report writing, transportation management, logistics, regulatory reporting, fleet management, FDA regulations, OSHA, and supply chain. As a Broker, you will be responsible for managing the transportation and logistics needs of our clients efficiently.

Responsibilities:

-Works win opening and closing IBONDS in ACE program

- Negotiate contracts with carriers to secure transportation services
- Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to FDA regulations and OSHA standards
- Analyze market trends and provide strategic recommendations for optimizing transportation costs
- Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and clients to facilitate smooth operations
- Coordinate shipments and track delivery schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required

Skills:

- Proficiency in freight management and transportation logistics
- Strong risk management skills to mitigate potential issues
- Excellent report writing abilities for clear communication
- Knowledge of fleet management practices
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and compliance standards
- Understanding of OSHA regulations in the transportation industry
- Experience in supply chain operations
