• Manage activities and scheduling of staff

• Interface with US Customs and other government agencies

• Possess a complete working knowledge of operational procedures
• Process entries and support operations where needed
• Ensure the company credit policy is followed
• Supervise department receivables and payables
• Ensure all key performance indicators and monitored and met
• Participate in Quality Business Reviews and manage exceptions
• Provide pricing to customers
• Participate in sales calls
• Drive continuous improvement through use of productivity tools
• Foster a culture of compliance at all times
• Work to create a positive, motivated staff
• Conduct performance evaluations and reviews with assistance from department manager

• US Custom's broker's license
• 3 years experience in the industry
• PC skills
• Ability to articulate clearly
• Ability to relate to clients, Customs and other government officials, suppliers and staff at all levels
• 1 year supervisory experience
• Interpersonal skills
