Job Summary:

As a Tint / Wrap / Paint Protection Film Specialist, you will be responsible for applying window tint, vehicle wraps, and paint protection film to a wide range of vehicles. Your attention to detail, precision, and knowledge of automotive aftermarket enhancements will ensure our customers' vehicles not only look exceptional but also receive the protection they need. This role requires expertise in the application of automotive films and wraps, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Film Application: Apply window tint, vinyl wraps, and paint protection films to vehicles, ensuring precise and flawless installations.
• Surface Preparation: Properly clean and prepare vehicle surfaces, ensuring they are free from debris, contaminants, and imperfections before application.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure it meets the highest quality standards and customer expectations.
• Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to understand their preferences, explain the installation process, and provide guidance on maintenance and care of the installed films.
• Materials and Inventory Management: Maintain an organized inventory of films, wraps, and tools, and order supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
• Safety: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to protect yourself and others during the installation process.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations related to window tint, vinyl wraps, and paint protection films.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and calibrate equipment such as film cutters, heat guns, and other tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional results and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Experience installing automotive window tint, vinyl wraps, and paint protection films is a big plus.
• Knowledge of various film materials, their properties, and their applications.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of automotive makes and models, including their specific installation requirements, is a plus.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry materials and equipment.

Education and Certification:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in automotive window tinting, vinyl wrapping, or paint protection film installation is a plus.

Work Environment:

• The work environment may vary, including indoor and outdoor installations.
• Exposure to various weather conditions and temperatures.
• Use of protective gear and adherence to safety guidelines are mandatory.
