We are seeking a dedicated Lot Attendant to join our team. As a Lot Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facility and providing excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Park and retrieve guests' vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking lot
- Assist guests with directions, information, and any other inquiries
- Communicate effectively with guests to provide exceptional service
- Drive vehicles safely, especially those with manual transmission
- Perform valet parking services when required
- Assist as a delivery driver for various tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests professionally
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive vehicles with manual transmission is a plus
