Cyber Threat Analyst jobs in Modesto, CA

Pro Elections is looking to hire someone for our busy Murphys-based business that manages board elections for California homeowner associations (HOAs). Your primary responsibility will be reviewing HOA governing documents (such as bylaws and election rules) and extracting election-related information. The task requires the ability to analyze and interpret sometimes dense language and legal terminology. Additional responsibilities include data entry, using office equipment, and assembling ballot packages.

We will train you on how to do the job, but we need you to come with the following skills and attributes:

• Able to read, understand and summarize documents that include specialized terminology.
• Able to complete complex administrative procedures (after training).
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Capable, organized, on-time and reliable.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable using office equipment such as computers, printers and photocopiers.
• Able to handle customer phone calls and email correspondence, with an emphasis on being able to write professional-quality emails without typos or grammatical errors.
• Able to closely follow written and oral instructions.
• Positive, can-do, problem-solving attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
