    Work Schedule - Monday – Friday 3:30pm – Finished (Weekends Off), & Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Friday and Saturday 11:00pm – Finished, Wed & Sunday (Off)

    Cloverland Farms Dairy is seeking a Filler Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate works with the packaging end of a production line. The filler's task is to fill containers with the required number of products before packaging and shipping. The filler also operates filling machines and makes the necessary adjustments to ensure consistency.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Work under close supervision in a team setting in a fast-pace production environment.
    • Operates filling machine at expected efficiencies as defined by the Company.
    • Set up coding machine for various products and proper code dates.
    • Accurately and efficiently perform steps necessary to conduct change over and proper shut down to minimize downtime and waste.
    • Ensure quality and security of product which includes but isn’t limited to weights, carton seals, code dates and proper packaging.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal customers.
    • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
    • Must be capable of reading and understanding instructions and have knowledge of basic math skills.
    • Ability to apply analytical reasoning and root cause analysis to solve problems.

    Physical Requirements:


    • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
    • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
    • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50- 80 lbs.
    • Wet and slippery floor conditions.
    • Must be able to stand on feet during the entire shift.
    • Position requires constant bending, lifting, reaching and climbing ladders during an eight- or ten-hour shift.

    Education

    • High school diploma or GED required.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Hourly Pay rate: $23.04
