The primary role of Damage Inspection Specialist is to attend all adjuster meetings for the Customer of their Sales Team, while pursuing the Customer’s best interest in regard to a storm damage claim for their home and property.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
Field Activities:
A. Provide efficient and timely communication to their Sales Team and the Insurance Carriers, ensuring all Adjuster Appointments are attended with maximum success on claim approvals.
B. Meet with the insurance adjuster to get agreement on scope of work and pricing (platform, price list, scope).
C. Communicate the results of the adjuster meeting to the Sales Team, and update all systems (Acculynx, Google, etc.)
D. Submit the job documentation to the PC for job submission: all paperwork, photo-documentation, notes, measurements and pertinent details.
E. Provide information and documentation to Supplement and Invoicing team to get price agreement finalized with insurance company as needed, including all supplements/estimates, etc.
F. Document all pre-existing conditions of the home.
G. Must continue to educate yourself in our industry regarding damage assessment style per carrier, application processes, product knowledge and all other areas pertaining to the job.
H. Uphold the highest standards in customer service when working with the customers and all Branch staff.
I. Meet weekly with the Sales Teams to review KPI’s, pipeline movement, overcoming obstacles, training opportunities, etc.
J. Attend Sales and Company meetings when possible.
K. Adhere to and promote all company policies and procedures. Provide training when any member of the Sales Team is in non-compliance in any area of performance.

Education and/or Experience
College Degree or equivalent; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have verifiable experience of a minimum attendance of 100 adjuster appointments.
