As the Marketing Digital Analyst you will help drive the Credit Union's overall strategy, performance, and growth through strategic analysis and you will be a key contributor to our marketing strategy and business growth. From digital performance data to marketing trends and research, your role will be vital to the holistic goals of the Credit Union to develop, measure, and cross-channel digital strategies. This position is perfect fit for an analytical professional that is driven by metrics to illustrate and determine the overall effectiveness of the marketing programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
What You Bring to the Team:
Experience: 3 or more years of prior analytical work experience in one or more of the following fields: advertising research, market segmentation, brand positioning and tracking, financial services product research,
Prior experience in aggregating and presenting data in support of trends and recommendations
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, Data Management, or other related field of study.
Interpersonal Skills: A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is usually of a personal or sensitive nature. Work may involve motivating, influencing or training others. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others.
Other Skills: Knowledge of BSA/OFAC compliance and be able to assist members with questions concerning BSA. Complete yearly training. Technical skills using one or more software applications and tools related to data analysis and presentation.
