They will Identify, document, report and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.

Experience working with a Lab team a bonus, we are heavily technology focused
Understanding of complex relationships between systems, projects, roadmaps, deliverables
Experience with project management concepts a bonus (PMI, PMP, CAPM, Scrum, Agile, Kanban, Waterfall)
Understanding of the Development cycle, requirements, pre-requisites, RACI
Jira, Chalk/Confluence, TestRail, PowerPoint, Excel, visualization techniques
