Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies that optimize efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
- Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Create visualizations, reports, and dashboards to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations based on data analysis
Experience:
- Proven experience in project management and business analysis
- Strong knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Solid data analysis skills with the ability to apply statistical techniques
- Familiarity with programming languages such as R or Python for data analysis
- Experience working with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Understanding of database design principles and data modeling concepts
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques such as regression analysis or hypothesis testing
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling techniques
- Experience in data mining or text mining for uncovering valuable insights from unstructured data
