What your day might look like:

• Runs diagnostic analytics to determine factors related to why something happened by comparing descriptive data sets to identify dependencies and patterns
• Performs predictive analytics seeks to determine likely outcomes by detecting tendencies in descriptive and diagnostic analyses, allowing the organization to take proactive action
• Collaborates with other Agency staff across programs and departments to extract data necessary to satisfy the reporting requirements of high-profile initiatives, including the CCBHC demo model
• Takes all appropriate measures to protect the privacy and confidentiality of client health information, operating in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies
• Ensures proper tracking and reporting of all Quality Measures defined as required CCBHC quality measures, or other federal and state authorities, and to drive related management/business decisions

Your skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Engineering
• Two years of experience as a data/research scientist, statistician, or qualitative analyst preferred
• Two years of experience with SQL tables and Crystal Reports required
• Experience with state or federal grant reporting strongly preferred
• Two years of professional experience in healthcare or human services strongly preferred
• Experience with Netsmart products, including MyAvatar NX preferre
