What your day might look like:

Runs diagnostic analytics to determine factors related to why something happened by comparing descriptive data sets to identify dependencies and patterns

Performs predictive analytics seeks to determine likely outcomes by detecting tendencies in descriptive and diagnostic analyses, allowing the organization to take proactive action

Collaborates with other Agency staff across programs and departments to extract data necessary to satisfy the reporting requirements of high-profile initiatives, including the CCBHC demo model

Takes all appropriate measures to protect the privacy and confidentiality of client health information, operating in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies

Ensures proper tracking and reporting of all Quality Measures defined as required CCBHC quality measures, or other federal and state authorities, and to drive related management/business decisions
Your skills and qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Engineering

Two years of experience as a data/research scientist, statistician, or qualitative analyst preferred

Two years of experience with SQL tables and Crystal Reports required

Experience with state or federal grant reporting strongly preferred
-
Two years of professional experience in healthcare or human services strongly preferred

Experience with Netsmart products, including MyAvatar NX preferre
