The responsibilities for the Data Entry Specialist include but not limited to:
- Data entry of all production records.
- Support the file creation needed for any Master Part Number files.
- Filing
- Front reception window duties including managing needs of lobby guests by issuing and tracking visitor badges.
- Professional and courteous management of all inbound phone calls and messages.
- Assist Customer Service in processing all account purchase orders as assigned.
- Support in tasks associated with monitoring inventory, prepare pick tickets. shop orders and Change Forms.
- Search database records for information to support responses to customer inquiries.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
