Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Production Technician to join our IT refurbishing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves refurbishing various IT equipment, including computers, laptops, and peripherals, ensuring they meet our rigorous quality standards before reaching our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, and refurbish various IT equipment, including but not limited to PCs, laptops, monitors, and peripherals.
• Perform hardware upgrades and repairs, including the installation of components such as RAM, SSDs, and CPUs.
• Ensure all refurbished items meet our quality standards, including functionality, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Accurately document refurbishing processes, including diagnostics, repairs, and quality checks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to manage inventory and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Stay updated with current IT trends and advancements to continuously improve refurbishing processes and techniques.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in computer science, electronics, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of IT hardware and components.
• Proficiency in using various software and hardware diagnostic tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
