We are looking for a self-motivated, dedicated individual who is ready to put their technical skills to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Utilizing their technical knowledge, they will have the responsibility of responding to customer calls in a timely and efficient manner to troubleshoot, analyze and diagnose servers in a critical environment. They will provide problem resolution or refer more complex issues to a Sr. Support Engineer.
