- Anticipated The RTCC Data Manager will design processes to increase the use of data to improve instruction, including maintaining student and staff-related technology systems. This position works closely with the RTCC Director. The successful candidate will have strength with numbers, be technically inclined, and have experience with successful bookkeeping. The person chosen for this position must be able to keep information highly confidential at all times. REPORTS TO: RTCC Director RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage, organize, and maintain RTCC’s data systems, including: student information systems (SIS), assessment systems, and other relevant platforms, such as PowerSchool, Tyler, GMS (Grant Management System), AOE data management, etc. Bookkeeping experience preferred Experience with purchase orders, ordering materials, and keeping accurate records of accounts payable and receivable are a must. Maintain and create RTCC newsletter, website, and Facebook page Design processes to increase data integrity and improve efficiency Create user guides for data systems, event management, and school systems Enter, import, export, and analyze data for a variety of local, state and federal reporting Create custom reports as needed Work collaboratively with IT department Provide assistance to RTCC Director Perform other tasks and duties as directed by the RTCC Director Position Type: Full-time Positions Available:1 Confidential Employee Non-Union Position Job Requirements Background Check Required Orange Southwest Supervisory Union is an Equal Opportunity Employer At least 5 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
