Job Description

A large supply company is seeking a Production Control Clerk to join their team. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 7 a.

m. to 4 p.m. or 7 : 30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Job Duties :

• Maintain relationships with all their customers
• Following specifications of orders you will be given hours needed, cost, and questions to discuss with clients
• Keep clients appraised of production dates
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and work to establish a positive rapport
• Perform other duties as needed

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

• Must have a Manufacturing background
• Must have strong customer service skills
• Must be proficient using Microsoft Word and / or Excel, along with accurate data entry skills
• Must have excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
• Must be able to pay a high attention to detail
