Our company culture impacts every customer and team member. This culture is built on our mission and core values and fuels the success of individuals as our entire team wins.

Top Level Customer Service- We aggressively pursue opportunities to provide a memorably great experience.

Excellent Communication- We’re conquering the challenge of having a large market area and providing complex services with frequent, clear communication.

We’re All About The Details- Our attention to every detail makes us outstanding.

Professional- We raise the bar for business professionals. Clean language is just the start.

We’re Good People- Our team members are GOOD people.

No One Is Just A Number- Having strong and personal connections defines our success and happiness.

Creative- Got a great idea? We want to know about it and you just might see your idea implemented company-wide.

    Sundays Are Special

We’re closed on Sunday, so don’t expect to get calls about work. This allows each of us uninterrupted time to dedicate to family, church, and other important aspects of a happy life.

    IMPORTANT:

As our team quickly becomes Oregon’s #1 pest control service, we regularly raise the hiring bar. We invest heavily in training team members and promote from within, so every year it gets harder to join our team as a new hire.

Here are the people we are looking for:

Future leaders that are going to help revolutionize the pest control industry.

Individuals that are going to leave a positive legacy within the entire pest management industry.

A specialist that is respected industry-wide as an expert.

Dedicated team leaders that will get dirty while working creatively with their team to build something big!

We need stable professionals that are willing to study enough to become experts and individuals committed enough to make their dreams come true.
