About the Role

Oversee HR and health benefits data transfer for new clients to Alight's system. Serve as the primary contact for data and aligning data requirements. Setting system configuration, and utilizing consulting skills, plan knowledge, data analysis, and project management experience. Exceptional people management and leadership skills are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

* Setting expectations around data conversion with client implementation team.

* Ensuring integration of all groups involved in conversion.

* Communicating and maintaining project milestones and develop based on implementation iterations.

* Identifying and communicates internal and external risks related to data.

* Tracking and resolves open items and manages client deliverables with regard to conversion.

* Communicating conversion status and schedule changes to Implementation Leadership.

* Participating effectively in client status meetings and client team leadership meetings.

* Partnering with other control account managers and directly with client on all aspects of data requirements. Including provisional changes, requirements changes, data cleanup strategies, conversion project scope, delivery model, and best practices.

Requirement

* Develop our team's conversion model and capabilities in order to effectively consult client towards the best solutions.

* Build and Develops an in-depth understanding of the source and destination systems and files.

* Conduct analysis discussions to ensure data requirements match the system setup.

* 6-8 years of HW domain specific delivery experience. Equivalent work experience or a bachelor's required.

* Understand the working benefit domain of Alight. This Includes delivery model, data storage and data model, provisional tables vs person tables. Extensive conversion event configuration knowledge; or demonstrated experience learning a similar system.

* Able to manage large multi-service clients and Project management experience.

* Possess data handling skills (AQT, SQL, MS Access).

* Have in-depth client understanding with others. Use the understanding to identify ways clients can be better served. Uses own insights and relationships to achieve the firm's objectives.

* Demonstrate effectively with on and off shore associates to provide guidance, leadership, and domain expertise.
