Overview:

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our system. This is a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our product data.

Responsibilities:
- Enter data into designated databases, software, or spreadsheets
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it
- Update and maintain existing data within the system
- Retrieve and gather information from various sources as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Assist with basic tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables and perform basic calculations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong data entry skills with a focus on speed and accuracy
- Basic math skills for data verification purposes

- Ability to communicate with team members
