Complete Contracting was founded in 2009. We are a Commercial General Contractor located in Highland, UT with work throughout Salt Lake, and Utah counties. We specialize in commercial new construction and remodels, with a number of successful restaurants, offices, and retail building projects.

Our organization is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration and a strong understanding of accounting principles. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for data entry, bookkeeping, filing, and other administrative tasks. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Maintain and update financial records.
• Process invoices and payments.
• Reconcile accounts and prepare monthly statements.
• Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
• Perform data entry tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
