TITLE: Customer Service | Data Entry Specialist

LOCATION: Tumwater, WA

SCHEDULE: FT M-F, 8am to 5pm

ABOUT THE JOB:

The CSR will obtain entry level training on corporate searching and filing processes. Primary job functions will be based on, in or around Data Entry practices. This position will also assist with making assigned deliveries, pickups and wait at various state agencies based on needs of the team.

REQUIREMENTS:

·        Effectively communicate in both written and oral communication with team members and clients

·        Maintains required records and documentation of all items received and delivers

·        Reports on time to work, following attendance guidelines

·        Ability to follow verbal and written instruction

·        Ability to multi-task

·        Great attention to detail at all time

·        Valid Driver’s License

·        Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel desired
