SINGH & SINGH Distribution, NJ are looking for full time Data Entry Clerk / Office Ass. They need someone who can work with the manager as well as with other office staff to ensure constant workflow.
Duties consist of :
- Prepare and update records and database in Quick Books & Excel.
- Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of information before it is entered.
- Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.
- Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.
- Submit timely reports and prepare docs as assigned.
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Manage phone calls, correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) and calendar.
- Paper management.
- Multi-tasking
- Time management
- Take attention to detail.
Qualifications :
- Must have basic to intermediate level of knowledge of Word & Excel.
- Basic knowledge Quick Books.
- Office timing 8 to 5 pm., Monday to Friday.
- Must have a Legal Status to work in the United States.
