ABOUT YOU: You are a quick learner, with an outgoing and engaging phone presence. You have high energy, enjoy setting and reaching ambitious daily goals and are well organized. You are a self-starter, good at asking questions with above average listening skills. Familiarity with a CRM database a plus.

We are looking for a new team member to focus on two to three specific solutions that improve hospital staff communication and information workflow, to be sold to Cardiology and Radiology departments.

After training, your mission is to reach out to a high number of prospects per day, from our database. Sales Process is:

• Find the decision maker
• Survey need/Ask questions about current solution they use
• Introduce our solution briefly/Probe interest
• Set up Web demos or onsite visits with our in-house experts
• Send sales materials
• Update the CRM
• Work with a team mate to create quotes and quote follow up

Starting salary $40,000 - $43,000 based on experience quarterly productivity bonuses based new quotes generated and business closed.

This is a full time, M-F, IN PERSON (Santa Cruz CA) position.
