We are looking for a full-time Data Entry clerk for a busy industrial parts and mechanical services company in Long Beach. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will work in a professional and friendly environment, processing and entering data, uploading documents. This is a temp-to-hire position.
- Monday to Friday 6 AM to 2:30 PM
Essential Functions- Verifies and logs the receipt of data and obtains any data that is missing.
- Uses data entry equipment to record assigned data using Microsoft Excel.
- Retrieve and process source files and from the customer service center.
- Resolves minor processing problems; seeks assistance from supervisor or other appropriate staff for issues beyond immediate expertise.
- Process invoices using a fleet management platform (RTA).
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Communicate with customers and sales for follow up / verification of info when necessary.
- Various Filing Duties. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Some Key Requirements for this position include:- 2 years of Microsoft Office experience. especially Excel.
- 2 years of Data Entry
- Clerical experience in an industrial environment is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
